Mindy Michener was the winner of our contest for kids to design a logo for Kids Korner. Her winning design is used below.

Here's Layout Designer Linda Banks presenting Mindy with her winning prize, a CD 257 "Mickey Mouse" insulator..

Now, young collectors, pick up your pen and your cameras and begin submitting articles for your column. We encourage all young people under the age of 18 to contribute to this column.

Need some help getting started on a project, call Linda for some ideas.

With the help of collectors all around the country, Crown Jewels continues to give insulators away to kids for free. We only ask that the parents, or the kids themselves, pay for the shipping. If collectors are willing to give insulators away for free, paying for shipping shouldn't be too much to ask.

Here's a couple of thank you notes we've recently received:

"Dear Mr. Banks, Thank you for reading my letter and sending me the insulators. I was very excited when opening the insulators and adding them to my collection. I am very happy of my collection and am ready to search for more. Thanks again to Mr Banks and all the other donaters. Adam Grenier"

"Dear Scott (one of those who donates insulators), Thank you so much for the box of insulators. I loved them all, especially the one with impurities (I specialize in anything with amber, milk, stones, bubbles, UFO's and anything unusual.) Thanks again for everything! Your friend, Sean Green."

If you are under the age of 18 and would like to receive insulators, contact us here at Crown Jewels.
